Refund Policy
Our Commitment at Darling Skn, your satisfaction means everything to us. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help!
Returns
We accept returns on unused, unopened products in their original packaging within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition in which they were received.
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned: opened or used skincare products, items marked as final sale, and gift cards.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, email us at support@darlingskn.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address. Please do not send items back without prior approval.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a Darling Skn error (wrong item sent, damaged product, etc.).
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the refund.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different product, please return your eligible item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at support@darlingskn.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Sale Items
Items purchased on sale or with a discount code may be returned for store credit only, unless otherwise stated.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned or refunded: opened or used products, gift cards, and final sale items.
