Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. During high-volume periods (sales, launches, holidays), processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.

We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

Standard Shipping (5–8 business days) — $5.99, or free on orders over $50 Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days) — $12.99 Overnight Shipping (1 business day) — $24.99

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Darling Skn is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at darlingsknn@gmail.com — we will do our best to make changes before your order ships.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and product and email us at darlingsknn@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We will work to make it right.
